Who we are

Booking data is required: without a name and phone number we cannot confirm the appointment. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions.
Please do not send results or other medical details through the website, e-mail or WhatsApp – we will discuss them during your visit. Medical data from the consultation is kept at the practice in your medical record, as required by Law no. 46/2003 and healthcare legislation.
Who else has access
Only the providers we need, acting as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and security;
- Cal.com, Inc. – online booking calendar;
- Google – the map, only if you load it;
- Yahoo – e-mail service;
- WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer).

You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., District 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

For persons under 16, appointments are made by a parent or legal guardian.
